The exciting part of my VIP Design Days for purpose-driven entrepreneurs, healers, coaches and creatives is that I get to deliver you clear, concise designs that paint the whole picture so your customers feel it - and you know it’s supporting your business, so you can move onto the next thing. And yes, that’s done in just one day.

So what’s actually doable in one day?
VIP Days look a bit different for everyone but some examples look like this:
Defining and expanding your brand to create consistency and memorability. A full-colour palette, fonts outlined, and brand guidelines to make sure it sticks
A semi-custom site that takes you from indecision to a solid foundation for clients to learn about you & hire you
All those branded assets for social media so you don’t have to spend your time re-designing all the time and can post faster with crystal clear messaging
A specially designed sales page with content, imagery and everything in between, so you can start making that $$$.
So can we do more than one of those things above in one day? Maybe. It all depends on your priorities, which we can talk through, and how quickly you’re able to make decisions during the design process.
How do we get there?
Today: Book your 20-minute intro call so we make sure this is the right fit for your design needs.
Following: If it’s the right fit for both of us, you’ll receive a warm welcome email with all the details about your VIP day, contract, and the deposit invoice.
1-2 weeks before: We’ll have a prep call to dig into the details and visual inspiration of what we’re accomplishing during the VIP day, including finalizing your design priority list.
Day before: You’ll receive a day-of outline for the VIP day and what to expect, when.
The VIP day: I’m all yours, and we’re all in! We start the day with a quick call to get flowing and touch base then I get to designing, with scheduled and spontaneous check-ins for feedback throughout the day.
Wrap up: All your files are provided with some tips for how to optimize your new resources. You receive two days of virtual email support if you have any more questions about anything we created.

What is the investment for a VIP Day?
The investment is $2375 (two equal payments). 50% is due to book your day, 50% is due within two weeks following the first payment. Payment can be made via e-transfer or credit card.
How much time ahead do I need to book a VIP day?
Prep time of about 1-2 weeks is a minimum ideal amount of lead time, so you can work through any copywriting work or prepare all your resources for the week-of design time. Have questions about these details? Please ask! Templates and guidance are available.
Do I need to be available all day for this?
You do! Clear your schedule. Even though you won’t be needed every second of the day and we’ll have scheduled check-in times, I’ll be requiring your feedback and you’ll need time to process and make decisions. Your feedback is integral during the design process. You can work on other things during the day, but try to avoid meetings, appointments, etc.
What if we don’t get to cover everything in the VIP Design Day? or we need more time?
Before we start we will establish a list of priorities in order of most important to least. If you aren’t sure how to prioritize the items, I can provide guidance. We’ll start at the top and work through each one by one. The nature of this service is time-based, not deliverable-based, so the amount of work we can complete is dependant on how quickly you can make decisions. You can book more than one VIP day but only after the first is complete, based on availability.
This feels really new for me, how do I know this is a good fit?
This design solution is created out of a process carefully honed of years of working with small businesses on their websites and branding. You’re an ideal fit for this service if you are not brand new to your business. You don’t have to have everything figured out to be booked, but you should have clearly articulated pricing, services, a good understanding of your current customers and their needs.
